Supporting the “All Things Division III Soccer” Platform

If you are interested in supporting the All Things Division III Soccer, which includes D3Soccer.Fans, these boards, and the YouTube Channel, hop over to this Patreon Page and become a member.  The support you provide gets reinvested into the platform.

In the past few months I created D3Soccer.Fans and stood up these message boards.  All together these required considerable amount of time… and cost.  Thanks to the generosity of those members, I’ve started to enhance both.  Most recently, I added functionality to be able to seamlessly add pictures and videos into an individual post.  As an example –

Its a small feature, but something D3Boards didn’t allow… or didn’t do easily… to the point I could never figure it out.

I have more in store for the 2024 Fall Season…. If I can pull it off.

First, I hope to invest in software to have a Coaches Top 25.  Second, I want to be able to launch/resuscitate the Top 25 Fan poll that @JTKnezeck was instrumental in pulling together over the last couple of years.

I’d also like to come up with a Coaches All American and Players to Watch type lists.  I am also working on having all games (And associated streaming links) in a calendar so you can find games without doing any digging.  Never realized how big of a deal this was, until that calendar… was absent in 2023.

Now, my years in technology have taught me that the best way to ensure these work smoothly is to automate as much as possible.  Not to mention, not sure I have the time to manage this as a manual process.  But also, more importantly, it will provide longevity to what we are building.  We don’t want something that in a few years will disappear/close up shop/become defunct.

So that’s it.  Consider this my plug for support.

Thank you and if you decide it’s not for you, that’s fine.  Please stay and be a part of this incredible soccer community.

Blessings.
