ONU Knocks Off Messiah
ONU played a masterful game and stymied #1 ranked Messiah. Defensively they made it difficult for the Falcons to get in front of the goal and be dangerous. The preseason ratings and honestly, the opening weekend games wont be the best predictor of the season ahead. The usual suspects that sit atop the national table will be there again…..its really that simple. Top programs reload, relaunch, and find their form. Moreover, the opening weekend rarely paints the most accurate picture – and we have to let the season play out.
