As of this test, can't figure out how you can create a new thread without being an admin. But you can create a topic within an existing thread.
- Forum (WBB) > Thread (General Topics) > Topic (Create Your Own Topics.
- ie - Women's Basketball > General Topics > Create Your Own Topics.
I don't know what this means, but hey, I am on my fourth cup of coffee, so I have that going for me. 🍵

FYI - if you try to login on a new device, the math problem doesn’t let you type in a response (and the arrows don’t do anything either)
